SUMMARY:
Do you have experience running and designing private HVAC projects for resorts, commercial buildings, hospitals and hotels then this is the right position for you? You will be working with high end clients and PRTech/PREng would be advantageous.

POSITION INFO:

Run & Design HVAC projects

Do Bill of Quantities

Weekly Site Inspections & Client meetings

Writing Reports

Managing contractors

Manage project costing

Skills & Experience:

Minimum 5 years'' working experience

Continuous relationship building with clients

Great Communication skills

Must be a team player

Experience with HVAC Design

Qualification:

BSc / BTech / BEng in Mechanical Engineering

PREng / PRTech will be advantageous

Only South African Residents or individuals with a relevant South African work permit will be considered.
