SUMMARY:
Work for a team of Mechanical Building Services experts. Run and design private HVAC projects for hospitals, hotels, resorts and commercial building for high end clients.

POSITION INFO:

Design and run HVAC Building projects

Design of Medical Gas for hospitals

Attend Site and Client meetings

Liaison with clients and the multi-disciplinary team

Manage project costing and project manage various projects

Skills & Experience:

Minimum 5 - 8 years’ experience

Great client liaison and continuous client relationship building

Good Communication skills

HVAC design experience

Medical Gas design experience (Advantageous)

Wet services design (Advantageous)

Qualification:

BSc/BEng/BTech in Mechanical Engineering

PREng/PRTech is Advantageous

Only South African Residents or individuals with a relevant South African work permit will be considered.
