SUMMARY:
Do you have experience in refrigeration and energy management? A market-leading company with a great culture, empowering staff to develop and grow within the mechanical engineering field has an opportunity.

POSITION INFO:

Design equipment for refrigeration

Design and quotes of refrigeration plants

Programming and electronic control setup

Job Costing & Control

Troubleshooting of refrigeration plants (willing to travel)

Technical presentations to clients

Development of refrigeration equipment with special attention to energy efficiency

Computer modelling to improve product design and manufacturing processes

Skills & Experience:

English and ability to understand Afrikaans

Experience with refrigeration processes

Understand heat load calculations for first principles

Must be willing to assist refrigeration contractor’s afterhours of the phone on site

Understand system integration (compressors, heat exchangers, control valves etc.)

Computer programming experience (Advantageous)

Experience with PLC Programming (ISAGRAF)

Qualification:

B-Tech/BEng in Mechanical Engineering

Only South African Residents or individuals with a relevant South African work permit will be considered.
