SUMMARY:
Meat/Sausage Production Specialist- on a beautiful island

POSITION INFO:

Ø  Good salary + overtime, free accommodation. Flights paid and 2 year contract renewable.

Ø  Sausage, ham and bacon preparation - 5 years experience and preferably meat production

qualification and a valid passport essential. Visas will be applied for.

Ø  Ensure high quality production of sausages and other similar processed meat products

Ø  Ensure daily stock of sausages and other similar products for the retail shops in the business

Ø  Able to work independently without supervision.

Ø  To maintain high level of cleanliness and hygiene in work place.

Ø  Clean and maintain tools and equipment

Ø  Adhere to food safety and sanitation laws in the country of work.

Ø  Manual and automatic processing equipment.

Ø  Generous leave and flights home every 2 years.
