SUMMARY:
Ensure Supply by executing replenishment plans that will ensure optimal inventory at DC level, at Customers and in channel (for direct shipments) on time in full in and aligned with the respective Sales /Supply plan strategy and production campaigns.

POSITION INFO:

Initiate, execute and monitor performance of local material master data processes (time, quality, status, workload) and release for use
Coordinate with other functions involved in master data process (regulatory, in-country specialist, etc.)
Act as key user and first level support for local Master Data community, contact point for regional / global Master Data teams
Initiate, execute and vote changes and phase outs requests (CAP)
Train local community and foster best practice exchange with Sites Master data and Regional Master data teams
Coordinate artwork/label management process with Marketing & Regulatory
Ensure compliant and correct labels to ensure timely manufacturing of products and delivering products to customers.
Responsible for the creation, maintenance and phase out of all articles in both Global systems for Southern African business, to ensure that the systems are kept up -to date by using SAP and other tools
Calculation, creation, maintenance and phase out of bills of materials to ensure accurate purchasing, formulation and packing of all saleable goods and to reduce stock redundancies due to invalid data by the creation of PGS (packing specification) in SAP OS3 and releasing of these BOM’s in SAP PBC system to the local SAP P4S system.
Responsible for initiating changes to documents in response to varied scenarios, including raw material changes, formulation changes, packaging material changes and processes, transport regulations, as well as global requirements in respect of suppliers, legislation and safety requirements
Support projects where Master Data processes are included

Qualifications:

Degree in Supply chain management or logistics
2-5 years experience in Supply Chain
Mandatory Computer Literacy with SAP Knowledge
Experience in the handling of Seed and Agri-input chemicals is advantageous.
People management skills.
