Marketing Team Leader

Create and maintain a digital presence across the social media platforms on a weekly or monthly basis
Working in partnership with the creative team, develop creative briefs and guide creative direction to meet objectives for all advertising and public-facing communications, including print, digital, and video assets
Analyze customer insights, consumer trends, market analysis, and marketing best practices to build future successful strategies.
Monitor website performance
Liaise with third party hosting partner, to do the necessary updates to keep the website up to date and ensuring it is functioning optimally at all times.
Oversee and monitor Google Ads goals and events Implementation, reporting on goals, and identifying customer journeys and funnels
Assisting the Product managers to increase awareness and product knowledge with campaign focused approaches.
Establish positioning, identify target audiences, and develop marketing plans with specific objectives across different channels and segments with the various product managers.

Gather customer and market insights to inform future strategies, increase customer conversions, and generate more qualified leads Identify effectiveness and impact of current marketing initiatives with tracking and analysis, and optimize accordingly
Conceptualize and execute on multi-channel campaigns across the prospect and customer lifecycle, ensuring the alignment of communications and messaging across all channels
Manage content and updates for target audience and internal touch points
Build sustainable relationships with external providers such a radio, tv and other media suppliers.

Skills & Experience:
Minimum 3-5 years marketing related experience
Social media marketing across all platforms (Facebook, LinkedIn, and Instagram)
Social scheduling tools is advantageous
Experience with working with Google Ads
Word press experience is ideal
Experience with Adobe Photoshop/ Illustrator or design platform is ADV
Excellent communication and presenting skills
Able to work in a team as well as independently when needed
Strong decision-making skills
Team player and experience managing a team
Strong time management and organizational abilities.
Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
Superb leadership, communication, and collaboration abilities.
 
Qualification:
Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Marketing, Advertising, Business Administration, or a related field.
