SUMMARY:
An exciting opportunity has become available within a top International Financial Services Company, who is seeking a dynamic and creative person to join their growing Marketing Department. Responsibilities for the role include:

POSITION INFO:

Marketing Materials Maintenance & Update

• Management of marketing materials including updating and development on brochures, applications, fee schedules, bulletins, sales aids presentations
• Updating website with bulletins, fact sheets etc.
• Managing stock in relation to promotional materials including brochures, sales aids and merchandise
• Distribution of Marketing brochures to IFA’s

Newsletter

• Managing Connect including arranging content from internal and external parties 
• Liaising with relevant people
• Type set and design 
• Getting approval from Compliance 
• Development of mail data-base
• Printing and distribution

Monthly e-newsletter

• Creating content 
• Getting sign-off and distribution

New Media

• S.E.O development
• Social media development and updating
• Developing audio visual content and aids to support training, product, company profile and sales initiatives

Marketing Governance

• Development and maintenance of marketing procedures, guidelines and standards 
• Liaising with designers and printers 

Branding

• Management and maintenance of corporate identity across all mediums 
• Press communications, arranging and developing press release, distribution and recording of coverage 
• Working closely with design agencies and assisting with new product launches
• Support the business development team through marketing initiatives
• Manage the company’s Corporate Identity
