Marketing Specialist - FMCG

SUMMARY:
Reporting to the Commercial Director, our client is seeking a candidate that has come from the manufacturing/retail/FMCG sector, preferably with multi-national experience.

POSITION INFO:

The key to this role is that you are able to do market research to engage in strategic marketing. Your other main focus would be developing actions to strengthen the company brand and add value to the product.

Qualification and Skills:

• Relevant Degree / Diploma in Marketing/Advertising
• 2 – 3 years minimum experience in a similar role.
• Excellent communication skills
• Knowledge of performance shares
• Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills

Key Result Areas:

• Develop, implement, monitor and measure brand actions, promotions sales incentives
• Implementation of trade activities at point of sale
• Involvement in the construction and alignment of sales increases
• Identify opportunities through survey and analysis of sales and market data
• Build good relationships with agencies to supply support for staff with suppliers
• Coordinate events and exhibitions for customers
• Focus on customer segmentation in order to properly direct marketing actions
