Marketing Project Manager

POSITION INFO:

Our client in the Southern Suburbs is looking for a candidate who has a great sense of humour, enjoys working in a team and with people.  Do you have an “eye for detail and love creative work?  Are you inquisitive and love to learn?  This role will require the effective briefing, management and reporting on all marketing campaigns with a special focus on Customer Relationship Management (Hubspot), digital media and Facebook Ad Network.

The duties will include, but will not be limited to the following:

• Develop, brief in and manage automated communication for all segments of automated communication with the support of the product team.
• Split testing and analysis of campaign and communication success of digital communication on the platform
• Management and creation of communication related to the role-out and implementation
• Engage in testing Franchises and when launching
• Support the content creation team with the briefing in, management and uploading of content to boost SEO throughout the business
• Liaise and analyse success of the SEO initiatives with business units and tested franchises
• Work closely with blogging team to ensure the maximization of content and the successful marketing of the blog
• Measure measurement of SEO rankings of franchises and advise on appropriate interventions when needed.
• Support the franchise team with ideation for internal artwork where necessary, troubleshooting
• Support the junior PR team in strategic insights for Press with the support of the Marketing manager, copy editing certain press releases when needed and Ad Hoc writing if required
• Digital Campaign Management - Set up:  all audiences, monitor and report on advertising campaigns and performance, advise on digital campaign strategies.
  • Branding - managing the CI of the group - this will involve the ongoing measurement of CI compliance as well as ensuring changes   are made, oversight of the CRM communication pieces
  • Social Media - ongoing oversight of the social media pages to ensure they remain on strategy, Policing the franchise, replying via hubspot on Linkedin, blog and twitter comments

General requirements:

3 – 5 years in a similar role

Matric Certificate/Qualification

Experience using hubspot, Google Search and Facebook is advantageous

Experience working with advertising agencies

Own vehicle and valid driver’s license
