SUMMARY:
Our client in the Marketing industry is looking to employ a talented and passionate Marketing Officer to join their boutique marketing, communication and design agency, based in Pretoria East. You will be expected to take the initiative and pilot the development and implementation of creative marketing strategies and campaigns across all media.

POSITION INFO:

Qualifications and Experience:

Must have tertiary qualification in Marketing, Communication, PR or similar
Must have 2 - 3 years working experience in a similar role
Excellent command of the English language, both spoken and written
Proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel and MS PowerPoint

Responsibilities:

Develop and execute successful marketing strategies – via various, appropriate campaigns and channels – for the portfolio assigned to you; in order to achieve the desired results and targets
Learn / understand / know your brands better than anyone else
Ascertain overall goals and objectives per brand / project
Research and analyse target market/s
Produce excellent quality original content; including all written content, for all platforms, per brand
Social Media per brand
Identify new business opportunities and drive the development and roll out of those opportunities
Manage and oversee brand marketing budgets, where relevant, ensuring campaigns are delivering on time and within budget
Ensure campaigns and all marketing actions are reaching or exceeding the clients expectations in regards to performance
Ensure effective, relevant benchmarks are identified, monitored and utilized to measure the impact of overall marketing efforts
Prepare marketing reports
