POSITION INFO:

Be that hands-on Marketing Manager for a leading pharmaceutical and medical company with offices in more than 30 countries.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute data-driven marketing strategies together with the sales team
Be part of shaping the long-term direction in which the organisation needs to evolve
Develop and analyse the marketing strategies to promote the business and its products
Plan and develop a marketing plan together with the sales team and GM to deliver business objectives
Draw up a planning schedule and create marketing plans into real actions
Develop, implement and track digital marketing campaigns across all channels
Follow marketing trends of competitors in South Africa and the international market
Develop marketing tactics and initiatives to support the sales activities
Organise and participate in trade shows, conferences and client meetings
Develop and organise events for new products

Requirements

3-5 years experience within a similar role
Strong knowledge and experience within the pharmaceutical and medicinal industry
BBA degree in Business or Brand Management or equivalent
B.Sc or B.Pharm qualification would be desirable
Strong analytical skills
Digital marketing certifications
Team player and ability to manage marketing projects
