Or Client is a mid-sized software development company that develops, implements & supports its own industry leading software. The company was founded in South Africa 17 years ago & is now headquartered in Los Angeles, California & operates 2 branches in Durban & Cape Town. They have an impressive footprint of apparel brands globally.

They are looking for a creative and innovative, digitally savvy Marketing Manager who has a firm grasp of the different digital touch points, drive highly effective digital campaigns, enhance user experience, and deliver on digital objectives.

The successful candidate will have relevant Marketing/Advertising Diploma/Degree and 3-5 years Online/Digital Marketing experience. In addition, you will need:

• Experience with SEO/SEM and PPC campaigns
• Understanding of ROI and KPIs
• Excellent command and understanding of analytics.
• Sound Business and Financial Acumen.

• Affiliate marketing experience
• Effective problem solving.
• High level of Integrity and accountability.
• Impressive presentation and facilitation experience.
• Demonstrates exceptional attention to detail.
• Excellent Communication skill.
• Strong analytical skills
• Ability to work independently as well as with a team.
• It would be a great advantage to have skills in Adobe Photoshop, WordPress and Google analytics

• Experience working globally would count in your favour

Key responsibilities for this role include:

• Developing/managing all aspects of the company’s marketing campaigns.
• Raising brand awareness and online presence through digital marketing projects and campaigns.
• Developing strategies to drive online traffic to the company website/ social media platforms.
• Optimising SEO
• Responsible for enhancing the company website, creating content for newsletters, press releases and social media sites.
• Roll out of products update communications.
• Tracking conversion rates.
• Collaboratively planning and executing marketing budgets.
• Campaign management - developing, implementing, and managing marketing campaigns that promote the company and its solution.
• Successfully lead/execute/convert campaigns within each specialty area of marketing.
• Strategy and client service
• Create business reports that provide insight into all campaigns.
