POSITION INFO:

Key responsibilities will include:

Effective management of key markets
Responsible for sales in the coastal and export region
Maintaining and developing relationships with key clients
Responsible for regular customer visits
Efficient management and resolution of customer complaints
Support the finance team to effectively manage the debtor’s book
Regular interaction with the Supply Chain Team to successfully execute orders
Responsible for managing customer expectations
Initiate value-add programmes such as technical workshops and seminars
Providing regular market reports
Responsible for monitoring of stock levels at customers
Finding common interests with customers to strengthen relationships
Ability to work under pressure and achieve sales forecasts

The ideal candidate should meet the following requirements:

Commercial Degree / Diploma
5 years’ experience in sales and marketing
3 years Market / Key Account Management experience
Ability to deal with customers across all levels of an organisation
Experience in developing, implementing and managing national marketing campaigns
Code 08 driver’s license
