• Experience in retail (B2B and B2C) preferred
• Agency experience prefered
• Minimum 5 - 10 years'' experience in managing a marketing team.
• Strong generalist experience in a broad range of marketing disciplines such as, but not limited to: CRM, Social Media, Digital Marketing, Email Marketing, Website Management, Loyalty Programs, Print Media, Graphic Design and Pulic Relations
• Excellent knowledge of Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Pinterest, TikTok, LinkedIn and Email Marketing
• Experienced copywriter

Duties

• Develop creative and engaging digital, social media and email marketing campaigns that promote the business into defined target audiences
• Manage the day-to-day handling of all channels such as Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Pinterest, TikTok and LinkedIn - adapting content to suit the different channels
• Set-up, run and manage paid media campaigns (Adwords, Remarketing, Social Media ads)
• Community management
• Develop and implement email marketing strategies
• Develop and implement internal CRM strategies
• Define the marketing and communication strategy, aligned to business objectives, and executing thereon
• Conduct market research as required
• Create monthly content calendars and implement approved posts and email campaigns
• Plan, deliver and oversee content across different platforms using scheduling tools such as Hootsuite
• Develop PR campaigns and collaborations with influencers to create meaningful user generated content and increase sales
• Create engaging multimedia content - for web, social media and email – written, images, video
• Manage output from multimedia designer
• Copywriting for a variety of marketing collateral for various mediums including social, web, email, catalogues, brochures, magazines, print, press and business-centric communications
• Monitoring, tracking, analysing and reporting on performance on social, email and digital media platforms using tools such as Google Analytics and Facebook Insights
• Measure the success of all marketing activities with robust reporting monthly, providing insight/analysis and recommendations
• Research and evaluate the latest trends and techniques in order to find new and better ways of marketing to the target audience
• Set targets to increase brand awareness and audience engagement
• Prepare and oversee company marketing budgets
• Collaborate with key stakeholders to develop relevant content to profile the brand and create a leading industry voice
• Manage all communication to internal and external stakeholders
• Attend and cover events for social media as required
• Develop and execute concepts for pop-up stores, events, trade shows etc.
• Develop ATL and BTL campaigns as required
• Liaise with external media partners for press coverage
• Develop sponsorship opportunities where required
• Manage project time lines and team workflows
