Marketing Consultant (Logistics/Road Transport Industry) (Johannesburg)

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Requirements:

vNQF Level as Minimum Requirement: Level 4 Equivalent to Standard 10 / Grade 12

vMinimum Experience Required: 4 - 5 Years Sales / Marketing Experience in Road Freight / Logistics Industry

vLanguage Requirements: English

v

Key Responsibilities:

vSourcing and establishing new clients.

vMaintaining business relationships.

vMaintain a strong customer service attitude.

vAssist & resolving queries in the operations & accounts department as & when required.

vDeveloping and presenting proposals for potential and existing clients.

vProviding training and assist customers with the Company track and online website.

vAchieving monthly budgets; Both Existing and New business budget.

vCompleting daily CRM report.

vEnsure all clients are visited within 40 days.

vGrowing existing business and cross selling with existing clients.

vAssisting the debtors department with collection of outstanding monies as and when required.

vPrinting of waybills and labels, if required.

vInnovating new business opportunities.

vGeneral contribution towards sales team.

vAssistance in the customer service department as and when required.

vDealing with all relevant warehouse queries in a friendly and courteous manner.

vEnsure that timeous quotes are given to all customers and that they are accurate and up to date.
