JOB DESCRIPTION:

Marketing Assistant (JB1517)
Pinetown
R10 000 – R12 000 per month

The Marketing Assistant will provide support to the divisions of the marketing agency.

Educational Requirements:
Grade 12
Short Course certificate in MS Excel
Bachelor’s degree preferred
2 years at least work experience in educational environment

Duties and Responsibilities:
SMS Management
Database management
Monitoring and managing system credits
Reporting on all ROI from SMS activity
Coordinate data and reports
Download and capture all data/leads from campaign and platforms daily
Distribute all leads to relevant stakeholders
Upload leads to the relevant lead management systems
Process payment documentation and expense reports
Coordinate and process all invoices and payments on business payment systems
Create daily, weekly and monthly payment schedule reports
General administration
Filing of reports and presentations
Filing of invoices
