Marketing Admin Assistant

SUMMARY:
We’re looking for an excited, driven individual to drive and look after the administrative tasks within our Marketing team and support in terms of social media channels.

POSITION INFO:

Job responsibilities

Execute a results-driven social media strategy

Develop and curate engaging content for social media platforms

Assist in the creation and editing of written, video and photo content

Attend events and draft plans for live production of marketing events

Maintain unified brand voice across all drafted communications and the content on different social media channels

Collaborate with marketing team to create and maintain a social media calendar

Monitor social media channels for industry trends

Interact with users and respond to social media messages, inquiries and comments

Review analytics and create reports on key metrics

Assist in the development and management of social media marketing and influencer marketing strategy

Create content monthly content plan and support in execution

Liaise with graphic designer and creative agency for artwork creation and content calendar

Essential Criteria

Atleast 12 months experience within a marketing department/industry

Certificate in Marketing

Skills

Microsoft Office Suite

Photoshop and illustrator

Strong communication Skills

Relevant experience

Basic knowledge of sport
