A holding company of a well-known fast-food franchise is looking for a Local Store Marketing Manager to join their team.  The stores are based in Western Cape (52 stores) with the balance based in Bloemfontein and Gauteng (30 stores).

The candidate needs to have no less than 8 years of FMCG/ Retail experience.

POSITION INFO:

Dealing with 3rd parties, sponsors, as well as advertising agencies. 

Work within a fast-paced environment, ability to think out of the box, strong problem-solving skills. 

Bachelor''s degree in marketing, business administration, or similar.

At least 10 years of experience across a number of different roles.

Proven track record at delivering local marketing activity as part of a broader integrated marketing campaign.

Data-Driven– Ability to analyse data to make the most appropriate recommendations and analyse key performance.
Budget Management – used to creating and operate within a budget.

Channel Management – experience across digital, affiliates, DM, OOH, and email channels.

Agency Management – experience managing 3rd party agencies.
Extensive knowledge of marketing strategies, channels, and branding.

Superb leadership, communication, and collaboration abilities.
Exceptional analytical, financial, and problem-solving skills.

Strong time management and organizational abilities.
Knowledge of brand management in a digital services environment
