POSITION INFO:

Marketing & Sales Administrator - Gouda, Boland Region - R6,000 - R8,000 per month

Will be responsible to undertake daily administrative tasks in order to ensure the functionality and coordination of the marketing department’s activities.

Qualification:

• Diploma in Business Management or Marketing
• 1+ Year experience

Responsibilities:

• Expected to work and focus without constant supervision.
• Meetings will be held on a weekly basis, or as required, where goals will be set, and feedback given on results.
• A proactive approach and innovative involvement will be required, as most of the coordination and communication between the marketing office and the financial department will flow through this position.
• General office maintenance: IT, telephones, clean office, receive clients, book boardroom for meetings, take minutes of meetings.
• Request, prepare and send product samples to clients: Follow SOP
• Responsible to get all invoices authorized by the relevant managers
• Capture Purchase Orders as per instruction
• Capture Sales Orders as per instruction
• Liaise with the factory and follow up on deliveries of local shipments
• Update customer forecasts and sales on a monthly basis
• Reconcile Credit Card expenses, do summary and send to finance department
• Make requested travel arrangements, book flights, accommodation and car hire. Liaise with Travel Agent for international travel. Follow SOP. Order currency and reconcile afterwards.
