SUMMARY:
Our Client, a knowledge-based Distribution and Service Centre for all lead acid and advanced battery technologies are seeking to employ a Marketing & Admin Assistant to join their Team of application specialists.

POSITION INFO:

Purpose of the position

Undertaking daily administrative tasks to ensure the functionality and coordination of the department’s activities and supporting the Marketing Manager in organizing various projects

Knowledge, skills & abilities

• Relevant completed tertiary qualification
• Minimum 3 years proven working experience
• Good understanding of office management and marketing principles
• Good communication skills
• Ability to organize, multi-task and adhere to deadlines
• Excellent customer service skills
• Able to work under pressure – hard working!
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office
• Attention to details
• Good Administration skills
• Fast learner of technical info

Must know how to photograph products
