SUMMARY:
You will be responsible for validating and processing short term insurance claims following a fortuitous event. In accordance with Standard Operating Procedure, claims guidelines, the specialist own mandate, and the client's policy schedule, the Claims Specialist will make settlement determinations on complex and high value claims that relate to special risk classes such as Marine, Engineering and Construction.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Minimum Requirements:

Matric
RE 5
Bachelors degree in related field (or studying towards)
Class of Business
Additional Insurance certification would be an advantage
FAIS fit and Proper
Computer Literate
3-5 years of experience in claims validation and settlement in the filed of Marine and Engineering Insurance
