JOB DESCRIPTION:

PURPOSE:

Ensure that the product meets customer requirements (both internal and external) at each stage of its Manufacturing process, carrying out relevant testing, appraising and where necessary take corrective action to rectify non-conformance issues. Report and action quality issues, data and ensuring the Business Management System is adhered to.

Understanding of Gauges
Combustion / Motor Experience
Essential to have attention to Technical Drawings
Intreper Technical Drawing
Intergrating SHEQ systems
Hands-on
Record all scrap to Japan

SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES

National diploma in Operations Management.
5 -10 yrs. Quality experience in the automotive industry.
Understanding of PPAP, APQP, FMEA, Control Plans and Flow charts.
Understanding of IATF16949, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO 9001.
Knowledge of measurement.
Understanding of engineering drawings.
Understanding manufacturing processes.
Good communication and interpersonal skills at all levels.
Problem-solving.
Analytical skills (analyse and interpret data).
Decision-making.
Report writing.
Time management.
Computer literate Microsoft office / Google suite
