Manufacturing Clerk (Retail)

POSITION INFO:

Our client is looking to hire a Manufacturing Clerk.

Duties and Responsibilities

• System manufacturing of goods into a finish goods and manage the active MFP’s jobs.
• Manufacturing blends from the Warehouse Management System throughout Sage
• Manufacturing finish goods from Warehouse Management System throughout Sage
• Monitoring / sorting queries of the manufacturing flow.
• Report and manage necessary corrections required regarding stock adjustments.
• Responsible for raising the sales orders for customers, raw materials, packaging, and finish goods of the business.
• Manage deviations on recons within 24-hours relating to pricing/quantity error and manage reconciling items on month-end recon.

Qualifications

• Sage Evolution experience
• 3 years manufacturing experience.

Required Skills

• Good written and oral command of the English language
• MS Excel and Word skills
• The ability to communicate clearly and succinctly.
• Good planning, organising and execution skills.
• Analytical, problem solving and decision-making skills.
• Attention to detail.
• Understanding of the manufacturing process
