JOB DESCRIPTION:

Manager/Team Leader - Corporate Actions/Custody, R500 000 to R700 000 per annum and bonuses - Major Investment Bank is seeking 2 experienced Corporate actions /Custody Specialists/Managers with at least 3 years of experience within a bank. Strong relationship building, influencing and communication skills, customer focused, end -to-end knowledge of Corporate Actions, relevant regulatory knowledge, relevant risk and compliance knowledge, relevant systems knowledge, knowledge of the full MS Office suite is essential as is systems knowledge (e.g. BANCS)and JSE and STRATE exposure.
