POSITION INFO:
A progressive and fast-growing training company specialising in compliance training for the financial services sector is seeking a highly organised and professional Manager to the Executive’s Office based in Sandton.
This role provides high-level executive support to the executive office and requires a proactive individual with exceptional administrative, communication, and coordination skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide executive support, including diary management, travel coordination, and meeting logistics
- Act as liaison between executives, clients, and internal teams
- Prepare correspondence, reports, presentations, and meeting documentation
- Coordinate board and management meetings, including agendas and minutes
- Manage executive office expenses and monthly reporting
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all communications
- Support stakeholder engagement and communication follow-ups
- Oversee office administration systems and executive office coordination
Requirements- LLB Degree essential
- Strong organisational and administrative capability
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Professional presence with strong stakeholder management skills
- Previous executive office or senior administrative experience advantageous
