SUMMARY:
Our client in the Public Service Sector has an opportunity available for a Manager: SCM – Contract, Demand and Disposal to be based in the Pretoria area.  This will be a contract position for 6 months.

POSITION INFO:
Requirements:

  • B Degree in Supply Chain Management or Legal or Financial Management or Public Administration or Equivalent (NQF 7).
  • 5 years’ experience in supply chain management, procurement and contract management, of which 2 years is at supervisory/management role.
  • Sound knowledge of the PFMA, Preferential Procurement Policy Framework (PPPFA), BBBEE Act and related supply chain legislation.
  • Sound knowledge of supply chain policies, practices, processes and systems
  • Sound knowledge of contract drafting
  • Advanced MS Microsoft proficiencies

  • Supplier Performance Monitoring
  • Supply Chain Management compliance
  • Staff Management
