SUMMARY:
Our client in the aviation industry currently has a vacancy for a skills and suitably qualified Manager Regulations Development. Based in the North of Johannesburg, this position requires proven experience in management and coordination, as well as in-depth experience in legislative drafting.

POSITION INFO:

Minimum experience and qualifications required for this role:

Attorney or Advocate with relevant exposure to amongst others interpretation of statutes, Administrative Law and Commercial Law in General (minimum of 5 years post admission experience);
B Proc or LLB, admitted as an Attorney or Advocate (successfully completed pupilage with a recognised association);
Regulation and legislative drafting certificate essential;
Regulation and legislative drafting training;
Contract and legal writing training essential;
ICAO and technical aviation related training a definite advantage;
Driver''''s license.
