The main purpose of this position is to ensure effective implementation of Employment Equity and the promotion of Mandela University’s Transformation Agenda by advancing equity, diversity and non-discriminatory practices in accordance with organisational policies and strategies, relevant legislation and appropriate ethics.
CORE COMPETENCIES
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources at NQF Level 07 (Or Equivalent)
5 years relevant experience, with at least 3 years of these at a tactical or operational management level. Demonstrated impact within an employment equity, diversity or transformation portfolio. Experience in the higher education sector will be an added experience.
