SUMMARY:
Digital Learning Coordinator Manager

POSITION INFO:

Requirements:

• Degree or diploma in Instructional Design, Project Management, Engineering or Education (preferred)
• Minimum of 7 years relevant experience
• Exposure to Education or learning (preferred)
• Computer literate
• Fluent in English, Fluency in Afrikaans will be beneficial.
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt to challenges
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

Duties:

• Manage Digital Learning Coordination team
• Report individual employee performance to Head
• Escalate potential issues to Head.
• Manage planning, prioritisation, team workload, allocation of work, deadlines, workflows, and processes
• Create and update Standard Operating Procedures
• Develop and update ongoing team progress, workload, and quality reporting, as required by Head
• Create, and administer Payment Requisitions.
• Track all expenses against budget
• Assist Head in the acquisition of external content, researching, contacting, vetting, and contracting content
• Liaise with external contractors continuously, manage timelines, and ensure completion as per project timeline
• Advice, test and consult on the development of internal software
• Coordinate content development projects, including: sourcing and quality assuring of external contractors, liaising with external contractors continuously, managing timelines, and ensuring completion as per project timeline.
