SUMMARY:
Manager Business Sales (PTA)

POSITION INFO:

The objective is to provide a high level of visibility and support in order to increase sales from Business customers and Partners and at the same time, ensure cost control to budget within the channel. The candidate must develop and nurture good relationships as well as represent and project the business interest and image of the company at all times.

Skills Experience and Qualifications:

vA relevant B degree or equivalent qualification will be advantageous.

vAt least 5 years Sales and Marketing experience.

vAt least 3 years sales management experience in a target driven environment.

vEffective people management skills and must have experience in managing a team of at least 5 sales consultants.

vA high level of business acumen and analytical skills.

vStrong presentation skills to partners and customers.

vA strong personality with a passion for sales and people.

vStrong leadership abilities, using a style congruent with the companies Values.

vMaturity and experience in sales management to be effective across multiple channels.

vGood networking abilities, experience in the motor or fleet industry would be advantageous.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

vDriving sales in the region from Business customers and Partners, with a focus on new business initiatives.

vManaging and motivating the entire sales team to achieve individual and regional sales targets.

vGeneral management of all policies, processes and systems relating to sales at regional level, such as activity levels, customer management, commissions, fuel and vehicle usage, etc.

vManage the provision of services to existing customers and partners and follow through on resolution of queries and service-related issues.

vSupport and manage the sales team in the provision of customer service excellence in the region.

vManage the administration of contracts at regional level.

vManage the regional sales and financial budget for the business channel.

vManage the regional sales reporting mechanisms for input into overall regional and company reporting, through accurate weekly, monthly and adhoc reporting.

vAssisting the Head of Region in increasing the companies market penetration.

vAttend industry, company, customer and partner meetings and events.
