Duties

Manage, lead, and develop staff in line with company’s organizational values
Manage day-to-day activities and general functions
Ensure safety, security and organizational standards are adhered to
Ensure compliance to relevant regulations pertaining to apron and refuelling operations
Deliver on-time and safe services to stakeholders
Build safety and excellence culture within airside operations
Investigate and resolve complaints, incidents, hazards, and service failures
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to deliver operational excellence
Identify operational and capacity constraints and develop solutions for improvement
Drive continuous improvement initiatives across the airside value-chain
Ensure effective management and maintenance of assets and equipment
Support other operational areas as and when required
