AKHILE a Level 1 BBBEE Consulting Company that focusses on providing practical, innovative and sustainable solutions to the public sector, with a special focus on municipalities. We are looking for a high achiever, dynamic, agile and innovative individual to join our Team as Manager in our Centurion office.

POSITION INFO:

PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVE

The individual needs to be able to work with and lead Teams, demonstrate key problem-solving abilities, work independently with limited supervision and promote the brand and share values that Akhile stands for.

The individual must have experience in the Public Sector with a specific focus on Finance including PFMA, MFMA, mSCOA and GRAP.

RESPONSIBILITIES

New Business Development;
Marketing and Proposals Development;
Client/ Stakeholder Liaison;
Project and Risk Management;
Staff Management and Capacity Building;
Public Sector/Municipal Finance Including: Asset Management; Municipal Budget Preparation and Long-Term Financial Planning; Financial Management, Accounting and Reporting; Revenue and Expenditure Management; Municipal Supply Chain Management; GRAP Implementation and Preparation of the Annual Financial Statements; mSCOA Implementation and Management; and General MFMA Implementation and Compliance.
Must have a proven track record in public sector or public sector consulting. Minimum of 5 years; and
Must have a post graduate qualification in commercial field.
