SUMMARY:

We are in search for a Client Care Manager , someone who has experience managing a large team comprising of Debt Counsellors, Supervisors, Administrative, PDA and Debt Review staff.

POSITION INFO:

Client Care is responsible for all inward queries received from Credit Providers, Credit Bureaus, the Regulator, Consumers and PDA’s. The queries will differ in nature from a request for documentation to complaints lodged at the NCR or reconciliation of the Debt Review balance against that of a Credit Agreement.

Minimum Requirements:

Matric / University Graduate – preferable
Passed the DC Exam (requirement)
Registered with the NCR (requirement)
Experience in the Debt Review processes laid out in the Task Team Agreement (Including DCRS) and NCR published guidelines
Deep understanding of all credit agreements, Certificates of Balance, Credit Bureau reports, budgeting and spending norms as well as repayment plans and proposals.
Experience in negotiating with Credit Providers and consumers
Experience utilising a Debt Counselling system (Maximus-advantageous) and related fee structures
Clear criminal and credit records
6-8 years’ Experience in the Debt Review Industry
Any previous Banking experience would be beneficial
