A private hospital is seeking a professional and highly organised Management Personal Assistant to support its Hospital Manager and executive team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced healthcare environment and enjoys coordinating executive operations, managing schedules, and ensuring smooth day-to-day administrative functioning with professionalism and discretion.

POSITION INFO:
Minimum requirements:

Matric certificate or equivalent; recognised Secretarial/Personal Assistant qualification preferred.
Minimum 5 years’ experience as a Personal or Executive Assistant, ideally in healthcare or regulated environments.
Proven experience in executive diary management and scheduling.
Skilled in taking accurate minutes and tracking action items.
Experience preparing meeting packs, reports, and presentations.
Experience coordinating events, audits, and executive visits.
