Management Accountant Property Industry

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Purpose of the job:	Debt reporting and monitoring of debt metrics Internal reporting External reporting – Half year and final results and Analyst presentation Forecast and Budget – Manco Produce accurate information in order to provide timeous Board committee packs and monthly reports for Management purposes. Manage insurance renewal process with the Broker annually Financial modelling
Key relationships (internal & external):	Internal: Senior Management, Asset Managers and Finance team External: Property Managers, Banking Agency and Insurance Broker
Minimum Education:	BCom accounting/finance or similar Honours and/or CIMA advantageous Articles ideal
Work experience:	A Minimum of 3 years post qualification experience (or articles) Industry related experience would be advantageous Proven track record of successfully managing multiple tasks simultaneously
Personal effectiveness:	Accountable for service delivery through own efforts Individually accountable for managing own time, tasks and output quality Makes increased contributions by broadening individual skills Collaborates effectively with others to achieve personal results Accepts and lives the company values
Technical (systems) knowledge required:	Microsoft (Excel, Power Point and Word) – Intermediate to Advanced Proficient user of finance software
Competencies, knowledge and skills required:	Strong financial and mathematical expertise

Strong Management Information Systems usage skills including advanced Excel
