SUMMARY:
Supplier company in the Overberg area, is looking for a Management Accountant to join their team.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Requirements:
  1. B Accounting / BCom Accounting / BCom Management Accounting (CA / CIMA Route)
  2. CA (SA) / CIMA Accountant / SAIPA Accountant
  3. Audit Articles completed
  4. CaseWare Working Papers experience
  5. Strong IFRS experience
  6. Management Accountant 5+ years’ experience
  7. MS Office (Excel, Word, SharePoint, OneDrive, etc.)
  8. Evolution experience beneficial, but not required
Duties:
  • General journal processing
  • Month-end journals
  • Compile IFRS financial statements
  • Monthly reconciliation Books update
  • Assisting FM with interim and annual audits
  • Debtor’s insurance
  • Financial analysis of management accounts
  • Creditor approvals
  • Management of POD’s
  • Bank approvals and release
  • Age analysis review monthly
  • Admin and processing of Sage Evolution
  • Compile file for AUC account (implement and project template)
  • Checks on insurance cover competencies
  • Declaration of repairs and maintenance
  • Monthly reports with variance analysis
  • Annual budget assistance

  • Detail orientated
  • Accuracy in working methods
  • Willing to work longer hours when needed
