JOB DESCRIPTION:

My client is a JSE listed industry leader in South Africa built on more two decades of knowledge and experience within the property industry. The cooperation is internationally recognised and has a global footprint in parts of Africa with a property portfolio valued at fifteen billion Rands. The business handles a variety of property including commercial, retail, and residential.
The role reports to the Corporate Financial Manager. The purpose of the role is to provide budgets, internal reports, and debtors reporting to the board. Reconciliation of capital expenditure accounts, Prepare monthly and yearly budgets. Responsible for strategic plans and budgets. Forecasting and variance analysis of financials

Requirements

BCom
BCom Honors Articles or CIMA (Advantageous)
2-5 years’ experience
Property industry experience
