SUMMARY:
A leading organization within the services sector is currently seeking a Management Accountant to join their dynamic team.

POSITION INFO:

Minimum Requirements:

BCom Accounting or BCom Finance degree is essential
Professional accreditation will be advantageous- preferably CIMA
Minimum 5 years’ experience in a similar position
Previous use and good knowledge of SAP & SAP BW, SAP BI reporting tools is required

Responsibilities:

Preparation of weekly and monthly Property operational reports
Preparation of monthly management reports
Monthly collections, bad debts, and arrear reports
Quarterly reports for Audit committee and Board of Directors
Quarterly evaluation and assessment of property valuations
Calculation and reporting of the monthly Preferential Procurement for BBBEE scorecard
Monthly calculation and reporting of the Group’s Measures of Performance
Prepare key stats and charts for the annual integrated report
Be involved in and take initiative in the improvement of the current reporting templates. Assisting in ad-hoc tasks as and when the need arises.
Assist in developing reports in SAP BW and SAP BI
