SUMMARY:
A focus client of ours who is in the Financial Service entity is currently in the market for a qualified Management Accountant. The suitable candidate must have at least 5 years’ experience in analysing large amounts of data

POSITION INFO:

Qualifications and Experience

• Bcom
• CIMA Busy
• 5 years’ experience
• Financial services, Construction, FMCG, Property industry experience (advantageous)
• Property Management Services experience
• SAP, BW, SAP Bland, MDA system experience (essential)
• Strong excel (essential)

Key Responsibilities:

• Calculation and reporting of monthly Preferential Procurement for BBBEE scorecard
• Quarterly for Audit Committee and Board of Directors
• Quarterly evaluation and assessment of property valuations
• Prepare key stats and charts for annual integrated report
• Monthly calculation and reporting of the Group Measures of Performance
• Preparation of weekly and monthly, quarterly and yearly operational results reports
• Preparation of monthly management reports, monthly collections, bad debts, arrear reports
