A client in the property management industry is in search of a Management Accountant. Our client holds a large portfolio in residential and social rental spaces. The role is suitable for an individual who is knowledgeable in capital grants and subsidies with surpluses, social rentals, making them friendly feasible and sustainable. This role will require a BCom degree and property industry experience. This role allows one to grow and get in the property field.

Education:

BCom preferred
Big 4 articles experience
Property industry experience
Top achievers

Job Experience & Skills Required:

Financial Statements
Cost accounting
Data evaluation
Accounts reporting
