POSITION INFO:

A dynamic property investment organisation has a fixed term contract opportunity available for a skilled Management Accountant.

Responsibilities:

Collating forecast and budget information
Collating market information (forex)
Preparing consolidated report
Preparing consolidated forecast and / or budget statements
Responsible for various recons, analysis and reporting

Requirements:

BComm Accounting or equivalent graduate
At least 2 years relevant work experience
Very proficient in modelling and accounting
Expereince in budgeting and forecasting
Ability to work under pressure
Takes ownership for ensuring deadlines are met
Must be immediately available and willing to commit to a contract
