Play a key role in driving financial performance, operational efficiency, and strategic decision-making within a well-established, fast-paced manufacturing and distribution environment. This opportunity is ideal for a Management Accountant who enjoys combining strong technical accounting expertise with commercial insight to support business growth. Reporting to and working alongside the Head of Finance.

What we are looking for:

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• CIMA, CA(SA), ACCA qualification or progress towards one an advantage
• 3 to 5 years of management accounting experience
• Experience with ERP systems and advanced Excel
• Strong budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting knowledge
• Sound understanding of IFRS and management reporting principles

Technical Skills

• Advanced Excel skills including Pivot Tables, Power Query, and XLOOKUP
• Financial analysis and management reporting expertise
• Budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis experience
• Financial modelling and KPI reporting capability
• Cost accounting and profitability analysis knowledge
• Experience with ERP and reporting tools such as SYSPRO, Sage, Microsoft Dynamics, or PowerBI
• Understanding of internal controls and compliance requirements
