Our client in Rustenburg is currently looking for someone with experience doing all types of building and maintenane

POSITION INFO:

Technical abilities

 Woodworking:

 

• Build-in cupboards
• Roof carpentry
• General furniture making
• Formwork on construction sites
• Hanging of new doors

Plumbing:

• General new plumbing installations for water
• Sewerage and waste pipe installations
• Building of drains
• Installation of geysers
• Installing of white ware

 Ceilings and partition walls: 

• Installation of brandering
• Installation of rhino ceilings and cornices
• Installation of PVC ceilings and polystyrene cornices
• Installation of suspended ceilings
• Installation of partition walls 

Painting: 

• Preparation of surfaces
• Painting on all types of surfaces
• Knowledge of all types of paint and there applications 

Roof: 

• New roof installations of zink, tiles and other roofing materials
• Repair of all types of roof leaks

Steel: 

• General welding
• Building of steel structures

 Tiling: 

• Preparation of floors and walls
• Tiling of floors and walls in all types of patterns

PersonalMust be able to work under pressure

•  Must have sober habit
• Must be able to work and communicate with all types of customers
•  Must be in possession of a valid driving license
•  Must have contactable reverences
•  No criminal record
•  Must be between 30 and 40 years of age
•  Preferably have own transport
•  Must be able to do quotations

 Academic

• Must have grade 12 with math’s
