SUMMARY:
Our client in the FMCG sector that is based in Pretoria is looking for a Maintenance Storeman to assist with their workload.
POSITION INFO:
Minimum Requirements:
- Matric.
- Minimum 3 years'' experience in a similar position.
- Strong SAP experience.
- Valid driver''s license and a Forklift license is essential.
- FMCG experience is required.
- Bakery experience would be advantageous.
- Knowledge of GMP, HACCP, Food Safety, SOP, Pest control and Bakery operation.
Duties and responsibilities
- Follow procurement procedure & Health and Safety procedures
- Drives forklift for equipment and materials handling.
- Parts management.
- Ensure storeroom and flammables are stored and clean.
- Request quotes and present to Plant Engineer for approval.
- Place orders and do follow-ups.
- Receiving of deliveries.
- Finalise delivery notes; job cards; invoices; GRV and input onto SAP.
- Submission of paperwork to Finance Department.
- Administrate and facilitate importing of parts and equipment.
- Administrate engineering departments budget.
- Service provider administration
- Sending of spares to suppliers for repairs
- Collect urgent orders with company vehicle.
- Other duties as per reasonable requests.
