Maintenance Millwright

SUMMARY:
Use your experience within the food processing industry to join an organization that is investing massively not only in the upgrading of their infrastructure but also in the upskilling of their staff. POSITION INFO:

Implementing preventative maintenance plan

Maintenance and repairs on electrical motors, pumps and circuits

Maintenance and repairs on VSDs and soft starters

Attending to breakdowns of machinery

Commissioning of new and refurbished food processing machinery

Must be willing to work standby once a month

Working within a team of electricians and millwrights

Reporting feedback to the maintenance manager

Providing feedback communication between maintenance and production departments

Monitoring individual maintenance objectives and ensuring targets are reached

Skills & Experience:

Minimum 5 year’s maintenance experience

Experience within a Food Processing Environment (Essential)

Must have a strong electrical understanding

PLC fault finding experience advantageous

Computer literate with emphasis on Microsoft Excel proficiency

Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

Exceptional time management as well as task prioritizing ability

Exceptional communication skills, verbal and written

Qualification:

Trade Tested Millwright

Any further studies (Advantageous)
