JOB DESCRIPTION:

Maintenance Manager - New Germany, KZN - Market related Salary

Seeking someone who has strong management skills, leading a small team of Artisans within a Manufacturing Plant. Solid Planning & coordination skills coupled with good reporting & budgeting experience.

Requirements:

Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
5-7 years'' maintenance management (Manufacturing Plant Advantageous)
Strong knowledge of Engineering including Mechanical and basic Electrical Systems.
Ability to keep track of and report on activity.
Planning Maintenance Operations experience
Ability to develop and maintain Budgets and Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) schedules.
Be highly aware of safety, health and hygiene stipulation and very cautious to reduce production downtime and errors.
Understanding of manufacturing and procurement / supply chain processes.
Competent in problem solving, team building, planning and decision making
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and Drawing Software
