Maintenance Manager - New Germany, KZN - Market related Salary

 

Seeking someone who has strong management skills, leading a small team of Artisans within a Manufacturing Plant. Solid Planning & coordination skills coupled with good reporting & budgeting experience.

 

Requirements:

  • Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
  • 5-7 years'' maintenance management (Manufacturing Plant Advantageous)
  • Strong knowledge of Engineering including Mechanical and basic Electrical Systems.
  • Ability to keep track of and report on activity.
  • Planning Maintenance Operations experience
  • Ability to develop and maintain Budgets and Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) schedules.
  • Be highly aware of safety, health and hygiene stipulation and very cautious to reduce production downtime and errors.
  • Understanding of manufacturing and procurement / supply chain processes.
  • Competent in problem solving, team building, planning and decision making
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and Drawing Software
