SUMMARY:
As an experienced Maintenance Manager, one will be responsible to oversee an efficient production plant.Responsibilities will include managing employees, and ensuring that the plant consistently runs efficiently, quickly, safely, and smoothly.

POSITION INFO:

Supervise and lead all maintenance processes and operations.
Maintain all machinery to ensure it''s at working standards and available when needed.
Critical spares and Material BOM management
Report all incidents/failures which could affect production schedules and/or safety
Create and implement maintenance procedures.
Implement preventative maintenance measures (site,plant,offices)
Conduct regular inspections of the facilities to detect and resolve problems.
Team training and up-skilling artisans
Track expenses and oversee the budget for maintenance.
Management reports
Audit all suppliers quarterly on service and price.
