Our Client is urgently looking for a Maintenance Manager to start  ASAP

Working Hours: Monday to Friday 08h00 to 17h00 Saturday 08h00 to 14h00 Call outs from time to time & extended hours.

 We are looking for a reliable Maintenance Manager to undertake upkeep and repair tasks at the interior and exterior of the Employer’s private premises. We will rely on you to keep our facilities in perfect condition by doing various odd jobs.

Responsibilities and Duties: Not Limited • Conduct basic handyman work in the house and around the estate. • Regularly check when maintenance tasks are due on various items, for example, the wooden deck at the pool area. • Cleaning facilities by sweeping, dusting etc. • Performing maintenance and light repairs. • Performing routine landscaping on the grounds when requested. • Paint and fill gaps or crevices (on walls, sidewalks etc.), when requested. • Undertake light installation or carpeting (e.g. build cabinets), when requested. • Repair equipment or appliances when requested. • Assist tradespeople with electrical, plumbing or HVAC repairs. • Undertake duties as assigned or emergency tasks. • Identify and report the need for major repairs. • Ensure all outside furniture is maintained and in working order • Ensure golf carts are maintained and in working order • Supervise all current maintenance staff • Scheduling maintenance and repair work • stock take of products where required • Ensure the Villa Pool is well maintained • Fireplace maintenance is done and checked regularly • Air-con to be checked weekly ensure they are working
