SUMMARY:
A leading property maintenance company is looking to permanently employ a Maintenance Manager in the Johannesburg area. If you consist of the following minimum requirements, we look forward to hearing from you!

Duties and Responsibilities:

Working closely with Portfolio and Facilities Managers
Management of all maintenance related duties
Overseeing all maintenance and capital projects
Overseeing general maintenance and repairs
Overseeing facilities maintenance requirements
Ensure vacant units are refurbished to standards
Overseeing contractors and maintaining of relationships
Carry out routine inspections
Record all corrective action and planned maintenance

Minimum requirements for application:

Minimum matric with at least 5-10 years relevant property maintenance experience
Tertiary/Technical qualification advantageous
MS Office computer literacy required
Must have drivers license and own transport
Clear credentials (Qualifications, Credit and Criminal record)
Must reside in South Africa with valid RSA ID number/passport & driver’s

Salary: R30K CTC
