Maintenance / Handyman Supervisor

SUMMARY:
Our client is looking for a Maintenance / Handyman Supervisor to manage the facilities maintenance staff at the Retirement village in Pinetown.

POSITION INFO:

This position calls for an individual with the following requirements:

• Minimum 10 years in general  building maintenance ie plumbing /electrical / carpentry / brickwork / gardening and landscaping but not limited to
• Valid drivers license 
• Good Interpersonal skills
• Manage 20 staff
• Liase with elderly residents
• Traceable references
• Clear fingerprints
• Able to speak fluent English & Zulu
